What Food Products Use Candida And Sitophila Molds During Preparation?

I had allergy testing done yesterday and it was discovered that I am allergic to most all molds for which they test. The doctor said one is candida/monilia/sitrophilia which is found in some breads and pasteries. I m trying to figure out which breads to avoid so that I am not stuck with a headache and feeling yucky.
