What Foods Must Be Avoided In Case Of Creatinine Level-2mg/dl?

Hi, i am a 70 years old man and through my recent blood test i came to know that my urea-68mg/dl, creatinine-2mg/dl and uric acid-6.3mg. so,I want to know what food i should avoid or should take to bring them under control.Please mention any additional information if i should know about.

Creatinine increases due to muscle breakdown. U should restrict egg yolk limit low biological value protein have thick Dal's. Avoid non veg. Take curd milk paneer, buttermilk. Restrict activity. No sprouts or channa . also restrict soya products. Limit exercise .if going to gym .Stop it.for certain days.have lot of water. Take fruits,salads. No juices. Avoid overeating. Small and frequent meals.
