Hi, my son is 3 years and 8 months old. He is having very high fever today- 102 around 5 hours ago and now 103.8. He was also complaining about stomach ache earlier and is having some cough and cold as well. Had given him Colpol 250 mg paracetamol syrup- 5ml on both occasions along with one dose of Collimex syrup. Kindly advise the frequency of Colpol 250 or any other treatment. Its 1am as of now and doctor will be available only after 8-9 hrs. Regards
