What Further Tests Should Be Done For Abnormal Lymph Nodes On Pancreas?

Hi, if an abdominal ultrasound finds abnormal lymph nodes on my pancreas, what further testing should be done, and do I have a reason to be alarmed when my family doctor tells me they made a mistake? And that all the symptoms that led to the first ultrasound are (nothing to worry about). That s not all either, I m just not sure what kind of detail I can get into.

pancreatic lymph nodes are enlarged in several disorders like obstruction of sphincter of oddi and pancreatic cancer. pancreatic disorders are associated with anorexia, paim]nless jaundice and unexplained weight loss. important thing is if your doctor is saying that your symptoms dont coincide with the findings of your investigation dont worry.
