Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases 's  Response
Hello, I understand your concern. I would like to know if he has any other symptoms such as fever or fast breathing? My suggestion is that you count the number of breaths he is taking in a minute (watch his chest movement up and down for a full minute). If it is more than 50/minute, i suggest you take him to a pediatrician who can listen to his chest for wheezing or other sounds.
Watch for the following:
1. High fever >102 F
2. Fast breathing (>50 breaths per minute)
3. Gasping for breath
4. Poor feeding or decreased activity
5. Wheezy sounds heard when he is breathing

If none of the above are present, it is unlikely that he has pneumonia or bronchiolitis.
Nebulised adrenaline helps if he still has croup
Hope this helps and he gets better soon! Feel free to clarify any other doubts you may have
