I want to shape up my body so please advice me . also I hate pimples.... and every 2 new days it pops up . sometimes due to that I dont feel good of me..... is there any solution for that...... please favor me with this questions reply thanks in advance
hi, Kindly continue with the exercises and include more proteins in your diet like paneer(cottage cheese) milk and milk products. you could try whey proteins but donot take them for more than 6 months.. About pimples you can take topical drugs like 1. Topical antibiotics are clindamycin and erythromycin creams only after consulting a dermatologist. 2. Also you can use soaps containing Beta Hydroxy Acid to wash your face.
Avoid oily foods. Drink lots of water. Regards Dr.Riyanka
