Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum .
As you describe, sensitive to touch means signifies the superficial infection of the skin, may be a latent blister,or boil. The other reason may be the neuralgia of the thoracic nerves from the spinal cord.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, ofloxacin, paracetamol, and diclofenac till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
