What Indicates A Severe Pain Under Ribs While Talking Or Drinking In A Dialysis Patient?
I have deal bad pains under my ribs thru to my back seams like a knife going up and down inside me when I say or drink. Dr can t find anything first said they seen a blockage on my cat scan but. Now say they don t know I m a male 44 years old with renal failure on dialysis

It might be gastritis. However, you can take an EKG to rule out cardiac causes. As of now take antacids like Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. If pain persists, better to consult physician and evaluated.
