What Information Can Be Gathered Through An Executive Body Test While Taking Medication To Regularize Periods?

Hi i am female 34 pcod patient...i had a failed pregnancy last year after which I reached 72kg in weight my height is 5 ft..after pregnancy I started on tight diet control for first three month under dietion supervision...i lost 22 kg over a year and now I am 50 ...my periods also got regularized but this month they came in 50 days that 2 after taking maparate bd 5 days. When I was not getting my periods I got tensed and opted for executivebody test ...my results r as under.... Hba1c 5.2..average glucose 103... all cha parameter within control except total TBC 4.98( range(3.9 -4.8) .. mean corp.hemo.conc (MCHC) 31.2 range (31.5- 34.5)... egfr normal... iron came low at 59.54 where as ref range is 60 to 180... uric acid also came low at 2.1 where as ref 2.6 to 6.... ldl cholesterol direct came 68 where as ref range is 85 -130 total cholesterol 140 ... tc /Hdl ratio 2.9 range 3-5 ....LDL/HDL ratio 1.4 range 1.5 to 3.5 .. in lft only alkaline phosphatase is little high at 101 range 42 to 98.. testosterone in range ... tsh normal t3 t4 also in range .. vitamin d- 9.17 less as per range 30 to100 vitamin b12 in range 337 range 211 to 911 So there r issues with iron .vitamin d ...cholesterol low...alkaline phosphate and total end and mchc and uric acid ...pls suggest what to do ...medications..food habit etc

Hi,

You can take iron supplements, vitamin D supplements and take fatty food. or you can take iron rich foods like green vegetables and go in sunlight daily for at least 30 minutes.
