What Is Flucloxacillin Prescribed For?
I m allergic to penicillin and told my doctor this, she gave me eye drops to try first but also a prescription for Flucloxacillin if the eye drop don t work. Why would she give me Flucloxacillin when I told her I m allergic to penicillin? I didn t notice that s what the script was for till now.

I really appreciate your concern, both the Penicillin and fluoroquinolone are different group of drugs if your sensitive to penicillin it does not mean that you would be sensitive to fluoroquinolone, more over fluoroquinolone is well tolerated so need to worry about this hope this information helps.
