carnitidine is used for many diseases dosage is one tablet a day. it is health care supplement type of drug ..used for myopathies ..dialysis patient etc ..as a supplement it can be used for fertility problem ..but u need some extra drug for infertility problem ..as u belong to Nepal...u may take speman tab 2 tab two times ..tab neurokind next once a day ...please avoid smoking...alcohal
