What is Nexito 10 used for? My girlfriend is taking those for 10 months now. She has been prescribed these by a psychiatrist. She doesnt tell me what they are for. She thiks I will leave her .But i really want to help. What are these for? What is wrong with her?

Nexito 10 mg is "ESCITALOPRAM" and this drug is used in following indications:
Depression
Obsessive, compulsive disorder
Anxiety
Tension
Panic disorder.
This is most potent antidepressant and very effective and safe drug , usually no side effects ( except minor like nausea, abdominal discomfort insomnia, taste disturbance )
Side effects are minor and she can take it for years without any addiction.
