hi iv been getting a low rightsided pain had a pelvic and urinary scan it came back normal would it show if i had ovarian cancer

Yes if there is Ovarian cancer a CT Scan can pick it up .So if your scan has come out normal that means you don't have it.The pain could be because of some other reason .Please consult your doctor & follow the treatment given & you should be fine.
