What Is A Bruise On The Site Of Pacemaker Insertion Suggestive Of?

I am 69 male with defibuillator and pacemaker in medical pocket as usual. developed half dollar size bruise over this site. no injury, no pain, no swelling,no failure in failure in medical devices. been one week now changing color from deep red purple to reddish grey. Only thing I can think of was laying on my stomach playing with doggie laying on hard sit up pillow. I am on blood thinners and aspirin. Is it probable laying on the pillow did this and not a malfunction of the devices

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
