General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an infection of the hair follicle. I suggest to clean the area with antibacterial soap and cover it with Neosporin cream. I would also recommend to wear loose clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
