Hello,

There are many ways in which a cancer cell can generate and start multiplying and most of the cancer cell proliferation are still not well understood.

The treatment of a stage I cancer involves removing the source and in your case, the bladder was the source so it is assumed that there are no cells in the bladder area.

I understand that you are talking about metastasis to any other area. Usually, metastasis is seen in advanced cancers and when a cell in any other area starts behaving like cancer.

Metastasis chances cannot be completely ruled out but because you had a stage I cancer, the chances are less. However, please don't get worried for metastasis and follow up with your doctors as needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
