What Is A Cyst Under My Arms?

Have cyst under my arms with no real.head visible but when I do get anything out of them it is white stringy and smells bad What can I do to get rid of them ? There are also a couple with what look like blackheads bur when squeezed they are the size of pencil lead

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infected sebaceous cyst giving rise this problem.
consult surgeon and get examined.
If cyst is there it require excision of cyst with sac to get complete cure.
Ok and take care.
