What Is A Dark Spot With Raised Center Under The Areola Suggestive Of?

Just a few days ago, a spot on the underside of my left areola (breast) became very tender to the touch. There doesn t seem to be a knot inside but the area is slightly raised and larger than a quarter. It s a dark ring and the middle is raised with almost normal coloring. It s painful but dull unless touched. Any ideas on what this could be?

it's a sebacious cyst occurs due to pulling of hair or sebacious gland infection, you have to take antibiotic and pain killer
