for my daughters saftey
What is a good age to start birthcontrol..my daughter is 12 she has had her mentral cycle for well over a yr now.she is not sexualy active as of this time I hope it stays that way for a long time.just want to be safe..and dont want her to think that it is a go ahead to have sex either.i had my frist preg. At age 14 not what I want for her.ty for any advice you can offer

I feel you should explain what the aftermath of sexual relation is and that too at such an age. Stress about importance of education, gaining worth for a successful life and how efforts during teen age are the basis for it. She should inform you for accidental sex and get emergency aid to avoid pregnancy. Please think of regular contraception in case she tends to get regular sex.
