What Is A Growing Scab Like Mark On The Buttock Suggestive Of?

Hi, I have a scab like mark on my left butt cheek and at first it just looked like a spot so I left it alone for a few days, and when I looked at it a couple of days later it had grown and it looks like a scab. It hurts to walk and sit down but I don t know what it is

According to your clinical history you are most probably having a condition called butt acne.It is similar to the acne occurring on the face. The other possiblity is herpes zoster lesions.Other possible causes are also there .A clinical examination might be helpful to make a correct diagnosis.
I suggest you to consult a dermatologist to make a correct diagnosis. You will be better with early diagnosis and treatment.
