What Is A Healthy Diet Recommended After Giving Up Seafood And Meat?

I am a 13 year old(14 in August) girl, and I have already cut out all fish and sea life, and within the next month, I plan to cut out all red meats, poultry, and pork. I am overall a healthy person, my only major issue that I had my gall bladder removed when I was about 4 years old. What foods/supplements do you suggest for me to make sure I stay healthy while removing the above items?

You need to avoid more fat take more of complex carbohydrates less of fat.as gall bladder functions majorly for fat process. You can take protein also but check whether you can tolerate it or not.
