Hi, To lower my prolactin level, please advise the following: 1) What food to avoid? 2) What food/fruits/meat/seafood that i should take more? 3) Will exercise helps? 4) Changes in my life style? Right now I am taking Cabergoline as I m trying to get pregnant. Any advise is appreciated.
hai, Generally junk foods,deep fried items,caffeinated drink,white sugar will cause obesity and hormonal imbalance. avoid those categories foods.
