Hello and welcome to HCM,
Gram's stain is done to detect bacteria and to determine whether it is gram positive or gram negative.
The throat swab shows presence of epithelial cells, pus cells and mixed population of bacteria.
Pus cells suggest presence of infection.
The bacteria present on throat swab are mixed population of gram positive and gram negative bacilli (rod shaped bacteria), coccobacilli (oval shaped bacteria) and cocci (spherical bacteria) arranged in groups and chains.

A broad spectrum antibiotic will be helpful because a mixed population of bacteria is detected.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotic.

Thanks and take care
