General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your bump could be due to hair follicle infection, sebaceous cyst, bartholin's cyst.
Examination by the gynecologist is the must.
So I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination to confirm the cause.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Apply warm pad application with pressure to stop the bleeding.
Take warm sitz bath with added betadine
Apply mupirocin ointment
Take tablet ibuprofen
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and wear pure cotton loose inner
Other treatment will depend on the cause
So consult the gynecologist as early as possible.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
