What Is A Painful Bump Inside The Eye Causing Redness And Soreness Suggestive Of?

Hello, I have a med. size white bump inside my right eye bottom eye, when I wake up in the mor, my right Eye is RED SWOLLEN, PUSIE AND SOR AND TINDER! It hurts when I press on it or rub it. By the end of the day the swelling goes down the PUSI goes away, but yet it is still tender in that area. Will I need Surgery Doctor? Thank you for u time and patience.

Ophthalmologist,  's  Response
for proper diagnosislocal examination by ophthalmologist is requered.it can be conjuctival cyst or teigium. can be hordeolum. after proper diagnosis advice on treatment can be decided and requirement of surgery can be decided.if surgery it will be minor and can be done as opd procedure.can apply neosporine ophthalmic ointment in conjuctival sac. decision without local examination is not posible.
