What Is A Painful, Swollen, Blue Blood Vessel On Penis Suggestive Of?
I have a swollen blue blood vessel on my penis. It is very large and noticeable when erect but is still large and noticeable when non erect. It is slightly painful to the touch. It almost looks like a zit you would pop but it s blue mad hard when you push on it.
