I drink 2-3 pegs (1 peg = 60 ml) of whisky 1-2 times a week. I avoid drinking beer, but at times have 1-2 glasses of wines instead of whisky. Occasionally during parties (once a month) I have 3-4 pegs of drinks. My age is 42 years. Can my drinking habit be considered as moderate drinking or am I crossing the limits?
hi dear, as your habit of drinking is called social drinking but as the time goes you may increased amount of alcohol due to not getting the effect or you may experienced much less effect. so i advise not to drink much. Thank you
