Hi,Welcome to health care magic forum.
As youdescribe you are aan advanced aged, have diabetis, hypertension.
so it is prefered to have the diagnosis as well, and to have some chemotherapy, or radiation. with out diagnosis it is difficult to plan the treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to get prepared for surgery.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
