What Is An Episode Of Heart Palpitations, Nausea And Involuntary Shake Suggestive Of?

Hello! This morning I woke up quite early feeling shaky and slightly sick which I attributed to having not eaten much yeh day before. So I ignored this untill four hours or so later when I went to make breakfast. I was suddenly over come with nausea and I was sure I was about to vomit so I ran to the rest room, I sat down on the toilet and I began shaking uncontrollably, my breathing was quite rapid and my heart rate even more so, I also suddenly felt very cold. This continued for 11 minuets or so before I was able to get up. I have a heart murmur but no other (known) conditions.
