What Is An Ideal Diet While Suffering From Tuberculosis And Diabetes?

Diet chart for diabetes and tuberculosis patient my dad is suffering from TB and even diabetes age is 55 yrs and weight is 56kg height is 162 cm he is not taking any food from last two month and even treatment is going on but doctor asking for cultural report what it use

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Diabetes is immunocompromised condition.
And possibility of drug resistant tuberculosis is more in diabetics.
Since your father is not improving after 2 months of treatment, possibility of drug resistant tuberculosis is high.
And for the diagnosis of drug resistant tuberculosis, culture and sensitivity report is must.
This is the reason why doctor advised culture report.
Following diet is advised for patient of tuberculosis with diabetes.
1. High protein diet.
2. Avoid oily and fatty food.
3. Avoid spicy food.
4. Avoid sugar and it's products.
5. Eat raw fruits and vegetables.
For better outcome, strict control of diabetes is needed in tuberculosis patient.
