What Is An Itchy Lump Around The Anus Suggestive Of?
hi doctor, I m Nhung and i have a question about my condition now. i have a small lump next to my anus when i take a shower if i touch it, its a little ichy, and any time i went to bathroom i saw blood in the toilet paper. i don t know whether or not is that the symptoms of hemorrhoid. if it s hemorrhoid how can i treat it, what should i do

You have external hemarrhoids. Avoid prolonged standing. Avoid straining at the toilet and avoid constipation.
For constipation, increase fluid intake. For hemorrhoids, you may practice sitz bath, here a person has to sit for few minutes in lukewarm water in a tub, any antiseptic as KMnO4. You may start tab Pilex, it is a Himalaya drug company drug. The drug will take at least 1 week to show symptoms. If no relief, you need surgery.
