my abdomino-pelvic ultrasonography shows utrus is anteverted and bulky in size. it showshypoechoic lesion measuring 3x2 cms in the posterior wall. posterior wall of uterus is bulky. endometerial echo is of normal thickness12.0mms. cervix shows anebothian cyst, . utters measures 10x4.0x6.8cms.
