What Is Brain Aneurysm And What Diet Should Be Followed ?

Hello, i am a 26 year old male. Recently I believe i may have had an aneurysm . It would start off as my right eye losing vision, then followed later by thunderclap headache , then nausea . It would go away the next day. But it would usually happen when i eat so much fast food and drink a lot of soda and other junk. I took my blood pressure at one point at it was at 150. when i was younger it would happen once a year as i have had a very long history of eating fast food and unhealthy choices. At the moment i am trying to drink lots of water and staying away from fast food as much as possible. What i want to know is, was that an aneurysm i went through, and what are the best foods to eat at this point to put my eating habits in a better direction?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Ken! Thank for choosing health care magic. Transient loss of vision, headache and nausea associated with soda consumption/fast food consumption are usually salient features of migraine. I advise you to visit a neurologist at the earliest and get investigated for your condition.
