What Is Cause And Symptoms For Granular Pharyngitis?
Hi My 45-year-old brother-in-law is suffering from what his ENT describes as granular pharyngitis. He also gets fever around evening time which resolves after he takes a paracetamol. is it normal to get fever in this condition. From what I have read about symptoms of granular pharyngitis, there is no mention of fever.

no. it is not normal to get fever in granular pharyngitis and i would recommend that you ask your brother in law to meet another ent doctor for second opinion.
