General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Kidney cysts does not cause any symptoms usually.

I suggest using spasmolytic for the pain such as Buscopan three times a day.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest to reconsult your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
