What Is Causing Bumps Along With Itching And Bruises All Over The Body?

Hey.. I m a 22 year old female and over the past few weeks have been noticing countless little bumps all over my body. The itch and are not going away. I washed all my bedding twice and all my clothes. Also (Don t know if this is relevant) but I have more recently noticed random bruises on the inside of my thighs..is this something I should be worried about? I have no medical history of any issues.

A photo would be very helpful through the diagnosis.
I think that it can be atopic dermatitis from the description.
I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine daily to relieve the itching.
I also suggest using a steroid cream for local application.
