don't knw how to strt, I'm doing part time diploma class in kannur.now a days I'm totally upset and I couldn't sleep,and my mind is fully out of my control,and now day by day my body become very very weak.i think i need a help from psychiatrist.

The kind of symptoms u r explaining showing that u r in stress. In that case first consult a psychiatrist to find the underline problem. Sometime most of patients improve with ventilation. If u need some medication, then u can take low dose antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine.
