What Is Causing Dizziness While Sitting And Laying Down?
Hi I am experiencing dizziness even when seated or laying down - i was in a car accident on the 28th december where i hurt my back, neck & hip and i have also had iron deficiencies in the past but not for years now - can you tell me what the cause might be?

hi, dizziness is commonly due to paroxysmal vertigo or ear infection. if you donot have ear infection, then you may take labrynthine suppressants like cinnarizine.
