Hello dear

You have hot flashes, dry throat, headache and heart burns.
From your description, i think this could be either a part of premenstrual syndrome if this occurs mainly around your periods. Or this could be a perimenopausal syndrome.
Both have different line of management. The first one will require drugs like fluoxetine and the second would require hormonal replacement therapy.
A gynecologist will help you in that.
You can take symptomatic treatment like pantoprazole 40mg tablet for heart burn and combiflam for headache till you visit your doctor.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This will help you greatly.

Thanks.
