What Is Causing Left Eyelid To Be Lower Than The Right?
I went swimming and my right eye has become smaller than my left - due to the left eyelid being lower than usual. I have many visible blood vessels all around my iris but more heavily between the iris and cornea in my right eye as well as irritation. It has been 3 days. Will my eye heal naturally?

Since these symptoms are following swimming this indicates infection or inflammation of the eyes in the form of conjunctivitis.
The treatment is by the use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
