What Is Causing Muscle Spasms Below The Breast And Both The Arms?

Hi Dr. Keerthi, I have been getting cramps or muscle spasms on the right & left side just below the breast, also in both arms. Was not having this problem all along. Got somewhat strangled 2 days ago drinking water, don't know if that could have played a part, also, been drinking whole milk everyday this past week. Wondering what is causing this problem, if you think I should go to te ER?

Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be due to acid reflex disease if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
3) Tab Domeperidone 30 mg once day
avoid coffee smoking alcohol prior to bed eat more alkali food like green leafy vegetables hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
