49 yo male, 174 pounds, hiv+ 22 years (undetectable), not sexually active for 5 years. Neuropathy in feet and legs is only problem. I get occasional brown mucus out of anus not associated with bowel movement, sometimes with gas. I also started having bowel incontenence where I feel my underwear is wet and go to the bathroom and some soft stool came out. This is happening more often it seems. What could be wrong and are the associated with each other?
