What Is Causing My Lower Back Ache With Burning Sensation While Urinating?
Hi Doctor..
Following are my symptoms -
Middle to lower dull backache for almost a week.
- I got a Urinary discomfort 3 days back..followed for urgency to urinate and little pain and burnign sensation. After that I got blood in my urine for about 4 times I urinated. The urine looked pinkiand I can see fresh red blood spots on tissue while wiping.
- I visited the nearest clinic and they said it can be UTI and started with antibiotic (Cephalaxin 250mg) 2 tabs 3 times a day.
- They also did a urine culture. I got my culture report today and it states that there is no significant bacterial growth.
From past 2 days -
- I feel full even after having a galss of water.
- Get burnign sensation in stomach after every meal and more at night.
- get burning sensation in palm and feet
- feel very tired
If the Urine culture is normal..what is wrong with me :(

Dull backache with burning sensation all over body can be due to neurological abnormality.
Dull backache with burning sensation with normal urine culture may be due to renal/ ureteric / bladder calculus or GUTB or prostatitis or bladder CIS. Go for USG KUB, Urine Routine, urine cytology.
