What Is Causing My Son S Testicular Swelling?
7 year old son has seen a specialist due to swelling in his left testicle that seems to only be slightly swollen in the morning, but very swollen by evening. The dr. had an ultrasound done and said nothing shows up and the swelling is just strange . It is uncomfortable for my son to wear normal pants and can only wear loose fitting clothes. What could this be and should I get a second opinion?

The possibilities here are:-
1. Epididymitis.
2. Hydrocele.
3. I am extremely sorry to say but neoplasm of the testis has to be rolled out.
