What Is Causing Pain In Arm And Dull Pain In Chest?

Hi Iv been in hospital all day I have a dull ache in my chest for a couple of days Iv had a sharp pain on and off for 2 days pins n needles n pain in my left arm on and off for 2 days and I feel awful ... I am not an ill person I am never ill ... The hospital sed It is heartburn ... It isn't .. Iv suffers from heartburn for years .. I told them it doesn't feel the same .. They have sent me home with omeprazole ... I still have the same symptoms as before ... What do you suggest ?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
So irregular pain must be due to the cervical spondylosis, gastric hyper acidity, muscular pain, or chest infection with the cough and phlegm.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an MRI, and gastroscopy for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 conscutive days, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, omeprazole, and domperidone.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, to minimise the pains.
