What Is Causing Persisting Foul Smell In My Nostrils?

hello im just want to know for a few yrs now i have a had a really strange smell fom the rught side of my nose i had a ear infection a few yrs ago that was when it first flared up the ear infection has since gone but the smell remains it only really come on say when im lifting something a my blood presure goes up say for sake when im bent over,also my girlfriend has said she can smell it somtimes when we kiss do you have any idea what this may be

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain foul smell from nose that is persistent can be due to a few causes like Sinus infection causing sinusitis, polyp in the sinus, nasal polyps etc..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a PNS VIEW
x-ray or an MRI of the sinuses can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
For sinus infections antibiotics, saline irrigation, steroid nasal spray,decongestants can help..
Polyps requires surgical removal..
