Therefore there might be rupture of vessels, a condition quite common in diabetics in view of possible vasculopathies. There is a possibility that his blood pressure has shot up. The increased pressure caused rupture of the nose vessels causing the nasal bleed. Similarly a vessel may have gone wrong in the brain and caused the cross eyed feature.
