Hello
I have gone through your urine analysis, it has pus cells and red blood cells.
With this urine analysis report and clinical correlation of burning sensation during micturition,
It is suggestive of Urinary tract infection.
You need to do following things:
1)drink lots of fluid.
2)maintain proper personal hygiene.
3)drink soda(baking soda).

Baking soda is an alkaline substance-the opposite of acidic-which means it can help neutralize or lessen the acidity of your urine. If you find yourself resisting the urge to pee because of a burning sensation, baking soda can help ease the discomfort.

You will need…
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-8 ounces of fresh water

Directions
Stir the baking soda into the water until it dissolves, and then drink the whole glass. Do this first thing in the morning. Don’t do this for more than a week, or if you are trying to avoid salt, since baking soda is high in sodium.

4) Empty your bladder frequently.

You should go for urine culture and sensitivity so that we can prescribe antibiotic accordingly.

Feel free to write us back anytime with reports of urine culture and sensitivity for further work up.

Thanks for trusting us for your health concern.
Hope I answered your query.

Regards
Dr Sajal Singh
