Dear friend, The symptom of penile discharge with burning getting better with antibiotics do point to a possible problem of bacterial origin but reappearing again compels to think it has been or become protracted (chronic ) The reason
why it is now noticed as fecal dishcarge needs confirmation of spread to luminal lining coat -mucous membrane of anorecum. Also as prostate may harbour, being adjacent organ, it is not isolated entity. So please seek consultation of an urologist to know the disease, progession, extent and needed intervention not just attempting to treat yourself.
