I am 26 yrs old with symptoms of concern. I frequently get light headed dizziness and feel like I m going to black out. I get palpatations shortness of breath. I had an EKG today and was told by my pcp that there is a slight enlargement on the rt side of my heart. I went to see her for a swollen lymph node on my jaw and a cold sore on my lip which I often get. When I was 15 yrs old I was having symptoms of palpatations and sob and dizziness and the dr gave me an event monitor and it showed PVC if I remember correctly. I was sent to an endocrinologist and he ran so test and said I was fine. I am not sure what to do. Should I see a cardiologist for a full work up? My pcp didn t seem worried about my EKG result.
